Late-Cue React-and-Rip: Reaction Bat-Speed Drill
A sensor-based hitting drill that trains max barrel speed under a compressed decision window. The hitter tracks a feed, waits for a late go/no-go cue, and must produce a full-intent swing the instant the cue reads green — proving they don't lose bat speed when they're forced to react late.
⏱ ~15 min📋 4 rounds of 6 committed (green-light) swings, plus 2–3 no-swing (red) reps per round; ~45s rest between rounds
