Live Steal-Threat Inning: Game-Speed Times-to-Plate Drill
A live simulated inning with a real base-stealer, hitter, and throwing catcher. The pitcher has to compete real pitches while holding a quick delivery, so a fast time to the plate survives game stress instead of only showing up in isolated slide-step reps.
