Machine-Fed Grooved-Edge Framing Reps Drill: Repeat One Clean Path
Use a pitching machine (or front toss) to fire the SAME borderline pitch over and over so a catcher can groove one repeatable receiving path per edge with high-volume reps. The machine removes feeder noise, so every ball lands in the same spot and the only variable left is your glove.
⏱ ~20 min📋 3-4 edges per session; front-toss calibration 5-8 balls + machine groove 15-20 balls per edge, plus a mixed round
What you'll need

- Pitching machine that holds a location
- Baseballs or softballs (full bucket)
