Tape-the-Zone: At-Home Borderline Framing Drill
A no-gear, minimal-equipment framing drill you can run in a garage, hallway, or driveway. Tape a strike zone on a wall, have a partner toss tennis or foam balls to the edges, and learn to stick each borderline pitch on or inside the line. A built-in visual line grades every catch, so you can chase a real framing number at home.
⏱ ~15 min📋 3 rounds of 20 borderline tosses (5 per edge), plus a random round
What you'll need

- Wall, garage door, or fence you may tape
