Two Tee Swing Path Drill for Youth Hitters
A two-tee drill for youth hitters: set a back path tee slightly lower as an obstacle and a front contact tee with the ball, then swing so the barrel skims past the back tee and drives through the front ball — building an on-plane, in-the-zone barrel without one-hand work.
⏱ ~12 min📋 8-10 quality reps per round, 3-4 rounds.
What you'll need
- Two batting tees (adjustable height)
- Home plate (or a marker for reference)
- Baseballs or softballs (foam/softie balls for youngest hitters)
- Bat appropriately sized for the hitter
- Hitting net or cage
