A resisted swing-decision drill that puts a heavy overload bat in the hitter's hands during a scripted take-or-drive game, so committing to an out-of-zone pitch feels physically costly. Hitters learn a deliberate go/no-go trigger, then transfer it to a game bat to drop chase rate.
