Radar Duel: Partner Field-and-Fire Infield Velo Station
A competitive two-player station where infielders take turns fielding a fed ball and firing across a marked distance into a net, chasing their peak infield velocity on the gun while a partner feeds, reads the radar, and shags.
⏱ ~30 min📋 1 warmup ramp round of 8 sub-max field-and-fire throws (not logged), then 3 duel rounds of 6 max-intent measured throws per player, rotating roles each round (18 gun reps per player)
What you'll need
- Baseballs or softballs (bucket of 10-15)
- Radar gun or radar app
- Throwing net, screen, or backstop
- Cones or field tape
- Whiteboard or phone for the scoreboard (optional)
